Pete's Chili
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion..
(fry these up in a big saucepan or dutch oven... brown the meat, drain)
Add
Big can of whole tomatoes or diced (28 oz)
Medium can of whole or diced green chiles
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 15 oz can red chili beans (with liquid)
4 oz. guinness (or your favorite beer)
Bring to boil, lower heat, simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
