Hungry Jack Casserole

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 - 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
big can (28-33oz) pork and beans
3/4 cup Kraft/Hunt's original barbecue sauce (don't substitute, must be Kraft)
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 minced onion
1 can biscuits
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
In a skillet or Dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain well. Stir in pork and beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and minced onion; heat until bubbly. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. (I use a 2 quart dish, so that's fine too) Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut side down around edge of casserole and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

Note: If you reheat this, separate the biscuits from the meat mix. Microwave the meat and put the biscuits in a toaster oven.
