Pretty Tasty Bean and Cheese Dip
Mix together:
8 0z. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cans Frito's Bean Dip
1/3 teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper
(OR 2 tablespoons chili powder)
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chives
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and top with 1 cup colby-jack cheese
(I usually set it back in the oven to melt it, but you don't need to.)
You could omit the parsley and chives w/out affecting the flavor too much,
but they do contribute to the taste.
